How much is shipping fee?
Shipping fees vary depending on your destination address and will be calculated at checkout. We offer the lowest international rates possible from Japan to your country.
Please note that the shipping fee applies to each individual box. If you order multiple boxes, the fee will be calculated for each box separately.
How long it takes to arrive?
After we ship your box from Japan (usually around the 15th of each month), it typically takes:
- 18–20 days for the US
- 13–18 days for Canada
- 14–20 days for Australia, and New Zealand
- 12–20 days for most parts of Europe
- 20–30 days for South America and remote regions
Please note that delays may occur due to customs or peak season traffic depending on the regions.
When will I be billed and receive my box?
- Order placed by the 7th → We pack & ship on the 15th at the latest
- Delivery time depends on your region
- Orders placed after the 7th will be delivered the next month
- New subscription cycle will be billed on the 1st of the following month after current cycle finished
Can I upgrade or downgrade my plan?
Currently, plan upgrades are available. You can switch to a longer plan to unlock better deals at any time!
Downgrades are not available mid-cycle.
Can I pause or cancel the subscription?
You may pause your subscription by the 7th of each month, but only up to 1 month at a time. Or you can gift your box to your friend in the same area, also by the 7th of each month.
Cancellations are only allowed for the next billing cycle. Once a plan is purchased and payment is confirmed, it cannot be canceled mid-term.

When is the expiration date of each product?
We select products with a shelf life of at least one month from the shipping date. Expiration dates are listed on the digital downloadable PDF and box insert of each month, typically in the format of Year/Month/Date. We recommend consuming the snacks promptly to enjoy their best quality.
What if I am allergic?
Each month, we include a detailed digital downloadable PDF and box insert listing all included snacks with ingredient highlights and allergy warnings.

Can I change my shipping address?
Yes, you can update your shipping address by logging into your account and editing your shipping details. Please ensure changes are made before the 7th of the month to apply to the current month's box.
What should I do if my box is missing an item or arrives damaged?
We strive to ensure every box arrives in perfect condition. If your box is missing or if any products are damaged, please contact our customer service team within 7 days of receiving your box. Does the shipping fee include customs fees and taxes?
